UMCA has been contracted
by companies such as HBO, Essence Magazine and Sega during the month of
February. Not only is February a significant month for the African American
community (Black History Month), but it also impacts the world of entertainment
and sports (NBA All Star Game). In the past, UMCA has implemented regional
and national Black History Month marketing programs for a multitude of
clients. In addition, 2003 will mark the fourth year that UMCA will be
an integral part of NBA All Star Game Weekend (Atlanta). Please feel free
to contact us should you be in need of an integrated marketing, advertising
or promotion program as it relates to Black History Month and/or NBA All
Star Game Weekend. Give us a call if you want to investigate impactful
cross promotions with many of the great brands that we serve. We are currently
in discussions with companies such as AOL, Sega, Island/Def Jam, and HBO
for February. For NBA All Star Game Weekend, tentatively our activations
are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday with day programs for young
people and the evenings filled with Superstar Concerts with both elements
offering regional and national promotional opportunities to drive your
